OUR COACHES

Ronit Peleg
Co-Founder &
Head Coach
As a former beach volleyball competitor and coach, Ronit has mastered the art of teamwork, resilience, and strategy. Transitioning from player to coach, Ronit found her calling as a certified Mamanet coach. With seven years of coaching experience under her belt, she's not only honed her technical expertise but also cultivated a nurturing environment where her players thrive on and off the court. With a background as a skilled physical therapist, Ronit brings a deep understanding of the body and its mechanics to her coaching practice. Her dedication, compassion, and unwavering belief in every woman's potential make her not only a remarkable coach, but also a mentor and friend.
Iris is a coach who embodies the spirit of continuous learning and growth. Though she caught the athletic bug later in life, she quickly fell in love with the energy and fun of Mamanet—a passion she now strives to share. Iris actively trains as a player, and is receiving direct coaching mentorship from veteran Ronit.
Iris brings a wealth of experience in nurturing talent, honed over years as a mentor in software development. From mentoring underprivileged youth striving to get into coding to onboarding new colleagues, she has mastered the art of breaking down complex challenges into achievable steps.
This background directly informs her coaching philosophy: the truest measure of success is self-improvement, not comparison to others. She encourages her players to embrace the non-linear path of skill-building, focusing on celebrating those moments when they achieve something they couldn't do before, more than the final score.
Iris is committed to creating a supportive environment where, as long as the team has fun and keeps showing up, they are already doing amazing.
