Cancellation Policy

We prioritize flexibility and understanding in managing your registration commitments. Below are the terms for cancelling your season registration:

Full Refund: To receive a full refund, please cancel your registration at least 14 days prior to the start of the season. This allows us to offer your spot to another participant.
Partial Refund: Cancellations made within the first 30 days of the session start date are eligible for a 50% refund. This accounts for administrative costs and ensures fairness to all league participants.
No Refund: Cancellations made more than 30 days after the start date are not eligible for a refund. At this late stage, it becomes more challenging to find a replacement player.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to MamanetColorado at Gmail dot com. Refunds are processed within 15 business days of the request. For those looking for flexibility, we offer the possibility to transfer your registration to another individual or defer your registration to a subsequent season, depending on availability and prior approval.
